This part should have been covered so I disagreed and called Chrysler. I had issues with this place not honoring warentee before and now they put it on file that this part is water damaged which is a lie. I have video of me changing the part in their driveway without a drop of water or mud in or even on it More
I would burn my vechicle before it went back to Pioneer Recently I took my car in because I was selling it and a potential buyer wanted it checked out. It had 116 000kms, always maintained, parked inside. When I picked the car up I was greeted with an estimate for over $3200. It told me the transmission lines were leaking, coolant lines leaking, front end was no good and so on. I was under the car 2 weeks prior and there was no leaks whatsoever, the lines were "sweating". The garage floor is completely clean. A different buyer wanted it checked out so it went further up the auto mile and came out with an estimate for front brakes for a little over $300. Put the pads and rotors on and the car was gone that afternoon. Obviously they seen an older guy walk through the door an see how they can soak them! The other shop was way cheaper and I haven't heard of anyone getting screwed there. More

In service they are always friendly and try to solve the problem the first time. And they did! We live in Sherwood Park and it is definitely worth the short drive. Oh ya and they DO cost less More

They are a small town dealership, with big city selection, not to mention lower prices. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive from Edmonton! I have absolutely loved every vehicle I've got from them. Would highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle! More
Very friendly service department reps. I have been using their service depart for over 10 years to service my Dodge Gran Caravan and Dodge Dakota truck. I never had any cause to question their integrity of their service depart for over 10 years to service my Dodge Gran Caravan and Dodge Dakota truck. I never had any cause to question their integrity of workmanship until recently. Six months ago, I had an oil leak problem with my Caravan (losing over one liter of engine oil per week). Brought it in, the mechanic identified the leak as a valve cover leak. I agreed to the repair and it solved nothing. Brought the vehicle back for a second time and indicated that I had gone to a different mechanic who identified the leak as a rear main seal leak (this was documented on the second work order). Pionneer's mechanic looked at the leak for a second time, dismissed the rear main seal as the cause of the leak and indicated that the cause of the leak was not the oil pan. I agreed to the repair and it solved nothing. Brought the vehicle in for a third time and discussed the situation with the service dept. reps at lenght and requested that the rear main seal be thoroughly inspected. Mechanic confirmed that the rear main seal was indeed defective and replaced both the front and rear seals. Problem has since been fixed. I discussed the situation with the service dept. reps and requested that at a minimum I be re-imbursed for the labor costs on the first two repairs. The response was negative and their recommendation was to discuss the matter with the service department manager. I have written a letter outlining the entire issue and proposed settlement/outcome and sent the letter to the service manager with a .cc to the dealership General Manager and I have not hear of or received any acknowledgement back from either (it has been over two months now)... I have since changed dealership, bought a brand new vehicle which I had intended purchasing at Pionneer... Gilles Legare - a very disappointed (but not fooled) Chrysler client! More
