Regained my confidence in Chrysler Good service and honesty is the way to go and Pie-IX Dodge Chrysler has proven to do exactly that. After a horrible 2 year experience with my previous dealership (Longue Pointe Chrysler) in saint Leonard with terrible after sales service and dishonest over charging fees, even charging for things that were on garentie. I contacted Chrysler Canada to tell them how disgusted, discouraged and disappointed I was in purchasing a Chrysler vehicle and being mistreated horribly by Longue Pointe Chrysler Saint Leonard. Chrysler Canada apologized and recommended me to Pie-IX Dodge Chrysler and told me to go and see Patrick Soare (technical advisor). It’s been 3 years now and the service has been fantastic and prices are reasonable, there is no reason to bring my vehicles elsewhere. Pie-IX Dodge Chrysler got my confidence back for Chrysler vehicles. More

Withheld information about the car We went to look at a used car at this dealership and they withheld information from us. First of all, they told us the brakes were "fine" but they wer We went to look at a used car at this dealership and they withheld information from us. First of all, they told us the brakes were "fine" but they were not. I could tell while driving the car and our APA inspector confirmed this as well. They also did not tell us that the rear hatchback door shocks needed replacing (the door would slam down if you didn't hold it up with your hand). We only found this out when we asked to look in the trunk. Thankfully we got an inspector and he delivered all of the bad news. The dealer assured us that everything was "fine" with the car, except for the A/C. It was clear to me that they wanted us to trust their unofficial "report" before getting our proper report from the APA so that they could sell the car quick and we would be left with several expensive repairs. In the end, the used $4,000 KIA we were looking at, which was supposedly "fine" according to the dealer, would have cost us a few extra thousand bucks. Do your homework, get an inspection done, and don't trust what they tell you. More

I bought my car there in July I was told everything was in good condition and it was although the seat jammed at first the guy reassured me that would be looked at and taken care of but other then everything was okay. The day after I drove the car off the lot I notice the paint just above my hood was bubbling, and after taken a closer look the paint was different... They did a poor paint jump on the car just to make the sale, when I returned to ask about my seat and sun visor that wouldn't stop falling I front of my face the car told me no problem we will fix it and then proceeded to to my seat and pulled with a lot of force to get it to advance and it did but the next time I tried to move my seat it wouldn't move anymore. It's now jammed into and upright position because of the manager so I went back told the sales man and he said sure no problem we will fix I will call you back AGAIN no call. Then I received a letter in the mail that my registration wasn't paid because it wasn't the right account number. Which they offered to take care of the registration when I said I'd go to the saq myself they insisted they could do it now I have fees to pay because of that! When I went back AGAIN they told me that wasn't their fault but somehow mine. I wish I could explain the reasoning they gave me I can't because I didn't understand either. We went around in circles until a nice lady offered to help us. In the end I have to go to the saq mysel now and pay it. Now back to the car when we approached the sales men and told him he then said ah it's not our responsibility anymore it's your car and you pay for it. I waited three days for this guy to call me and make an appointment and he never did but this is his answer. When I speak to the manager Kevin Leclair he then laughs in my face and says he never said he would fix the sun visor or the seat that he broke! Will never go back there and will never refer anyone to them either!! More
