Service was on time I was told it would take an hour or less to complete the maintenance and it did. I didn't have to wait any longer. Service personnel go over everything on the clipboard that needs to be done and follow through again when finished work to verify with us what was done and maybe what should be done next time we're in if necessary. They seem to know the car well. Always pleasant to deal with and our car has never let us down. My wife has dealt with them and found it a much better experience than she'd ever known at other dealerships. They really strive to be the best they can be. More
