I was in this week for a B16 scheduled service as well I had new tires installed & I must say the care the service department shows is not only refreshing but it's what keeps me coming back. My service advisor Krystle keeps me informed and I wish I can remember the guys name but he helped me re-sync my cell phone to my truck. Point is they not only do the job right they also care! More
