My First Truck First I Absolutely have fallen in Love with my new Truck. Second The staff are all Super Friendly. This is not like any of the other dealerships I have dealt with in the past, This was a very Happy experience when I bought my truck not like other Dealers where you are made to feel rushed hurry up get your Vehicle and move on. I was made to feel comfortable brought a couple of coffees was told to take my time and did I want to think about it for awhile. Nothing like a lot of other dealers that I have dealt with in the past at all. They should take lessons on how to treat customers from Ash, Shannon and the rest of their Happy staff. I have also found some of theses dealers in the past at times very rude. I made several return trips during my purchase cycle in order to compare vehicles. I dealt with 2 different sales people because my original sales person wasn't on shift yet when I went. Each time they were very accommodating and fun to deal with. Once I decided on a vehicle, my purchase was easy and they were flexible. Can't wait to go back for an oil change and chat with them. Service Problems - The $ 1,000 Oil Change This is the 3rd similar experience I have had with the same location. I go for a very modest service ( this time an Oil Change and E Test ( which is This is the 3rd similar experience I have had with the same location. I go for a very modest service ( this time an Oil Change and E Test ( which is free ). The tech's "find" a long list of other problems and suggested maintenace items to address. I decline most but agree to the $300 RT Side Axle Seal only becuase I become vervous about blowing tranny fluid and having a bigger problem so I take them at their word. REMARKABLY , in the middle of that fix, there is SUDDENLY another $500 part ( bracket / hanger ? ) that has to be addressed. Thats how my $50 oil chnage became $ 1,000. It is my 3rd similar experience and yet again I had no car to drive home as expected although they did provide a rental. NO I won't go back, the small conveneince of location and my misguided trust in "brand" value is simply NOT worth the high prices, UP sells and overall stress and disappointment. More

After making an offer on the vehicle the salesman would not present it to the sales manager. I had to ask him 6 times to present the price we were willing to pay, by the time he did both me and my wife were red in the face ( literally) by how rude and pushy he was to us. After he finally did present the offer he came back 10 minutes later telling me the manager was busy. We left very frustrated and disappointed in the sales experience here. I hate to write this review and maybe the experience would have been different with a different salesman, but I will not be back More
