Pickering Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Brought my jeep overland for air suspension for repair. Changed a leaky rear air bag. Said there was still a leak in the lines. Did a smoke test on the lines. Couldn’t find the leak. When I picked up my jeep the car was totally lopsided. They then said it was a bad line. Changed the lines. Car was still lopsided. Said it was the thermostat. After 2 months of repairs and service and 10.000$ in parts and labour, I found out they only smoke tested the lines from the connection back. The leak was in the front of the connection. Needless to say, this all could have been avoided if they did the job right and didn’t lie about what they were suppose to do. If there’s a leak and it’s not in the back then obviously the front should have been checked. That was wrong. And the cost of repairs unnecessary. So disgusted. More

DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME trying to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They do not take their potential customers seriously and they do not value your business. He was fast, efficient and completely honest about the entire transaction. The Service team are great and it starts from the moment you make an appointment, any way you want, text, web, email or phone call, their system is great and they always find my record. Reynolds and Reynolds / ADP and other Dealer Management Systems are notorious for weak CRM modules, but Pickering Chrysler has setup their DMS perfectly, they can always find you and your history including sales and service. Service is honest and the techs are great. Check them out for tire pricing, they get some good deals. Parts Counter guys are all great, limited inventory but they can get it fast. My father-in-law has purchased a new car from this dealership as well and had a great experience. More
