I went into this dealership looking to buy a new jeep. I was referred to Syed Rizvi. He was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. The service department is a complete disappointment on several levels. Very poor customer service skills, disregard for customer's needs, a lack of honesty and accountability. 7:30am appointment for an oi several levels. Very poor customer service skills, disregard for customer's needs, a lack of honesty and accountability. 7:30am appointment for an oil change and so called computer software update on Jeep Cherokee with Rakel. Turned into an all day event with no updates at all. Ended up calling her for an update at 2pm and left a message with no return phone call and then again at 4:30pm and got the "your vehicle has been ready for hours now" line. There was no apology on their end for wasting my day waiting! Then to make matters worse when I go to pay for the oil change I was charged for a tire rotation, which Pat told me over the phone was included free of charge in a promotion they were having. She NEVER ONCE mentioned synthetic oil is exempt from the promotion until I questioned the extra charge on the invoice at the time of paying. I expressed my displeasure about the pricing scam and for the day being wasted waiting on them and again not even an apology from her. When I got home I decided to call Daniel (service manager) to express my displeasure with the service provided and got his answering machine. Needless to say it's been days now and I STILL haven't received a call back. Definitely won't be going back and I don't recommend anyone else go for service there. More

I booked a service appointment a week in advance. I needed a diagnostic done on a check engine light. I dropped off my vehicle at 11 am and 2 hours later still no diagnostic- something that should take needed a diagnostic done on a check engine light. I called 2 times while they had the vehicle and was told they are working on it and will talk to the tech and get back to me. Overpromised and underdelivered We purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited. this dealer did not have the colour we wanted but said they can get the colour of our choice. We signed t We purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited. this dealer did not have the colour we wanted but said they can get the colour of our choice. We signed the purchase agreement on June 30th to take advantage of employee pricing discount. I was told delivery would be July 4th. I called on July 3rd to get a status and was told the dealer found the car and was securing the delivery. Next promised delivery was July 8th. I informed the dealer that they had the exact same vehicle listed in their website and asked why that wouldn't be offered. I was told that the vehicle listed in the website was actually already booked to another customer. Upon checking, i was told that that vehicle wasn't in the lot. I then searched for the vehicle and found it at another local dealership and told Pickering Chrysler to tell me if they can't deliver so that i can go to the other Dealership (Village Chrysler). I was finally told that they were dealing with Village Chrysler to get the vehicle but was having issues securing the vehicle. I was then promised that Pickering Chrysler will find us the vehicle of our choice and to give them July 13th to secure the vehicle. July 13th came and was told they found the vehicle and it will be delivered no later than July 17th. The vehicle was delivered but i was not given all of the employee benefits discounts originally promised to me on June 30th. I was told that the vehicle did not come with the alpine speakers but on delivery date, it was listed on the purchase agreement so there was confusion as to what speakers came with the vehicle. A senior sales rep was asked to verify the speaker installed. The senior sales rep went to the vehicle with me, turned on the stereo and proceeded to crank up the volume. He then turned to me and said, "yes these are alpine speakers" because his reason was that he could tell the difference just by listening. This was the worst car purchase experience in my 30 years of purchasing new cars. There was no incentive given to make up for the delay in delivery and i was made to feel that i was asking for too much when i questioned the accuracy of the purchase agreement. I lost the benefit program of no payments for 120 days. They removed some of the employee pricing program through no fault of mine. I was told that to compensate for this, they would offer 0% financing but when the purchase agreement was revised, i was given 0.99% financing and was told the 0% did not qualify on the terms i selected. I was misinformed of the terms as i was told i would benefit from 0% financing. Attention to detail was not exercised during this transaction. More

They had forgotten to install them on pickup. .This is my second vehicle with Devaughn and 6th with Pickering and I am encouraging others to use Devaughn , a real down to earth honest guy on their next purchase..
