We recently required work that was covered under our 10 year PowerTrain warranty. We received a quote from the dealership that was very expensive so we chose to take it elsewhere to have the work done. La year PowerTrain warranty. We received a quote from the dealership that was very expensive so we chose to take it elsewhere to have the work done. Later we learned that the work was covered under our warranty. When we contacted the dealership as to why they didn't inform us of this when we first brought it to them and asked for reimbursement on the work that we had to pay out of pocket for, they refused. We have contacted Mitsubishi Canada and they said it was a dealership problem. Service technicians should have knowledge of the cars and warranties they are working with and if they don't know that work is covered by a warranty, and a customer pays, then they've made a mistake that they need to make right. The customer service with this issue has been completely disappointing and this has cost Mitsubishi more than the reimbursement would have. They have lost a future customer. More

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I would NEVER recommend this location ever. The sales person (Michael Corvera) was the worst. Dan Choate was equally unhelpful in my deal dealership. I would NEVER recommend this location ever. The sales person (Michael Corvera) was the worst. Dan Choate was equally unhelpful in my dealings with him. Service noted they rotated the tires which was never actually done. Just all around a poorly managed and ran location. I would never use this location again in future. And likely avoid Mitsubishi in general given the experience I had with them. More
