Terrible experience. Should have walked away from the start. Salesperson was quite indifferent to me being there. He didn't make sure I was informed about the vehicle I was looking at, or satisfied with it. I ended up getting a van I hate because of a front windshield defrosting system that obscures my vision. I bought this because my family really needed a new van, and the dealership told me it was the last one they had coming in any time soon. I foolishly said I would take it, and the salesperson made no attempt to make sure it was what I would be comfortable with. Never buying another vehicle here again if I can help it. More
