Parts department and phone system is very unprofessional. Ordered parts a week ago, left 3 messages for a call back before I do the 30 km drive to pick them up, and no return call. I reported a noise in the rear on the test drive but thought something was just loose. I even had the manager drive the car to hear the noise. Two days after purchase, I made an appointment to have the noise investigated. They had the car 2 days without even calling me back. They refused to accept responsibility for the broken springs and made me pay $1452 to repair them. One spring was fully extended and resting on the control arm of the wheel. I am in the process of having charges laid against them. Steer very clear of this dealership! More
I have bought 5 vehicles over the years and expect better service. Warranty work needed done and because car hadn't been to the dealership in while recommended 70 point inspection which I told them to do it. service. Phoned hour later that the two filters needed replacing so I said go ahead and he said they should do brake inspection which I authorized. When I came to get vehicle and to pay, I didn't get a copy of the inspection report for the 70 point. Guy I dealt with said he couldn't give me a copy. Phoned next day talk to Ashley (very nice ) said she would leave note for original advisor to get it out to me. I said I would like a copy of brake inspection but said it was on the bill which really didn't tell me anything. After week sent email to dealership outlining the same that I have highlighted here and they said would get out to me. Still nothing. Few things, with every oil change comes with 70 PT inspection (though oil change wasn't needed do it anyhow, I paid for it). There's a story which everyone at your dealership should review; Give them the pickle. It's a must for every service employee which is everyone at your dealership. Put the technician's name on each bill. I don't mind paying a bill for service BUT I WANT SERVICE. I will be buying more cars over the next # of years from Subarus, Hondas, Mazda and GMs however I am thinking twice about your dealership, More
Went for a 40000 km. Check on a 2022 Outback with an estimate of 500$ charge and 3-4 hours to complete. Car was done in less then 11/2 hours with a labour charge of 344.89$. Shop hourly rate is 145$ per hour. An excessive labour charge for work done. There was no option with this dealership! Customers should be wary of excessive labour charges not following their hourly shop rates. More

They said they couldn't fix it. I was told I could take $250. dollars and they would remove the hitch, or leave it on and it would be my problem if something went wrong. The hitch was $900. dollars. Also had a issue with a alarm for the tonneau cover. Called three times left a message each time never got a response. More
