It is very hard to write a fair review as it is two different situations. We recently bought a used 2019 Equinox with extremely low mileage and had our first service interval come up. I have always had different situations. We recently bought a used 2019 Equinox with extremely low mileage and had our first service interval come up. I have always had a fear of dealership shops as it is no secret, they are over-priced. I brought in a vehicle that ran smooth like a dream without any issues (after all it only has 34K on it) after a $100 oil change (like I said over priced in my opinion) I now had a vehicle that will not stay running, when I do get it running the engine light is now on and my cruise control will not work I assume as a result of the engine light. Codes are suggesting that I suddenly have Mass Air Flow Sensor issues and possible Oxygen Sensor. Is it bad luck, or coincidence? I can tell you it is the very reason I do not like buying from Dealerships and especially refrain from their service options. Now we had to borrow a vehicle to continue our travels Sunday into Monday and are hoping I can get the car running enough to take it to a different and closer dealership to have it checked out and hope to h**l it is covered by the warranty we purchased for this vehicle. Here is to hoping it is just a fluke (a ridiculous one at that) and not my fears of dealerships coming true. I do have to say though, that while I was there, staff was pleasant, I had an appointment and my wait was not overly long at all. More
I had an appointment to remove my snow tires and install my summer tires. I had a leak in one of my tires and had been told previously that I would need a new one.
