Two Cadillacs later and still terrible service and lack of knowledge (repairs, including new xt6). Recently had a situation with our equinox where it had become disabled and towed in twice unfortunately. Time will tell as it was a few months inbetween, but the dealership took real good care of us to get us through this frustration. More
