We were looking for a new HD 2500, we found a vehicle on a Sat and reached out to Brady. He was quick to respond and setup an appointment the following Monday. If he didn't have the answers he was honest and upfront that he would get the information as soon as he could. Brady worked with us and helped us come to a trade in value we were both happy with. Dealt with Brady on a trade in of my Cadillac towards a pickup truck the dealership had on the lot. Brady was terrific to deal with, particularly given that I was having to do everything remotely as I live pickup truck the dealership had on the lot. Recently had a situation with our equinox where it had become disabled and towed in twice unfortunately. While concerning and frustrating we allowed the Peter Smith Service department to try again with th become disabled and towed in twice unfortunately. Time will tell as it was a few months inbetween, but the dealership took real good care of us to get us through this frustration. More
