My service at Peter Smith was great Greg was very helpful. He keep me up to date on my vehicle. Had the winter tires changed oil change and other fluids that needed to be replaced. I have always been served like i was part of a family. They let me know if there are any issues that should be looked after. Knowledgeable and friendly staff in both service and sales. I brought in my Acadia which was very sick. Greg at service was quick to get in touch with me and diagnose the problem. I wrote a negative review today regarding Peter Smith and their maintenance program. I went for an oil change this morning after being sent an Email for $30.00 off on an oil change. I am an old dude and not their maintenance program. I went for an oil change this morning after being sent an Email for $30.00 off on an oil change. I am an old dude and not up to speed with computer knowledge. I needed a document printed off my computer that states I get $30.00 off. I do not have a printer on my computer so after the patient young lady tried to get the document printed off at Peter Smith it was no avail. I did not get the oil change. When I got home I was angry I called Peter Smith and spoke to the Service Manager. He was so very patient with me and assisted me in getting the Email sent to him. I am scheduled to go back this afternoon to get the oil change. I am so very sorry that anger took over with me printing a negative review on Peter Smith GM dealer. The maintenance manager walked me through on sending him the Email I received. Again, I would like to apologize to all members of Peter Smith for my negative views on this dealership. They have always serviced my vehicle and that will not change. I AM TRULY SORRY. More
