Pretty good I have not purchased my car here, however had to take it to service when I moved because it was still under warranty. Even though I don't have to take my car for service there anymore I probably will as its close and fast, they didn't try to oversell me on things either which is a bonus More

Extremely poor service I bought my car from this dealership, and my experience with the sales team was positive. Every time I go there I leave with more issues than I went with. They are poor listeners, poor communicators, and the service staff that have worked on my year old car have not offered any solutions other than, "huh, that's weird". Just don't go here. It is a waste of time. Bank Street Kia is open on Saturdays for Service appointments and I guarantee you it is worth the 2 hour drive from this area to avoid dealing with this dealership. More
