I recently bought a used Mercedes from a Toronto dealer but I live in St. Catharines. I was hesitant to book service at Performance in St. Catharines, worrying that they might not be very cooperative since but I live in St. Catharines. I was hesitant to book service at Performance in St. Catharines, worrying that they might not be very cooperative since I bought the car in Toronto. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG !!! I got very well received by Ryan in service and got lots of great help from Victoria with the Mercedes computer and the associated phone app. The moral of the story is “ if you make one customer happy, they’ll tell 3 of their friends ….. but if you make them unhappy they’ll tell everyone they meet !! “ Thanks !!
