I've owned Mazdas since 1998 and when our MPV called it quits, budgeting constraints (because of a change in careers and schooling) meant that we needed to look at buying a used car. Knowing that what we REALLY want, in a year or two, is a Mazda 5, for resale value and quality, we wanted to stick with Mazdas for now. So I got in touch with Performance Mazda and explained our situation. We needed something under warranty. Not too many kilometres. Suitable for four adults. But the priority was on price; payments HAD to be low to work with our tight budget. Well, Mary took our file and ran with it. She was fantastic; and what I really loved was that she respected our needs and our financial situation. She found a couple of vehicles that would probably do the trick, but the one we settled on was perfect: a black 2009 Mazda 3, low kms, still under Mazda's MAP warranty (valid til 2013 no less!) and really well taken care of. My husband and I both test drove the car, and loved it. I confess, we did look around; as I said, budget was paramount for us. But no one could touch the deal she gave us and I was thrilled. For our financing, Bruce was wonderful and very easy to talk to and work with. We had the opportunity to speak with Kevin as well and he was very nice and personable; as it turns out, he knows my stepchildren! Anyway, all in all, the experience was fantastic, easy and I took comfort in knowing that Mary looked after us extremely well, finding us the perfect vehicle to fill the gap until my husband is finished his education and training for a second career. Kudos to the folks at Performance. It's always a pleasure to deal with any of them. Thanks Mary for all your work! Very much appreciated! Time to buy a car. Where do you go? Obviously you want to get the most bang for your buck and feel confident in your purchase. As a young female, buying my first brand new car, it was important to me that i felt i was being treated with the upmost respect and not taken advantage of. At Mazda, i couldn’t have asked for better service, respect, bang for my buck, and honesty. I left there with a smile from ear to ear feeling confident. Service is much improved since my car purchase in 2005. Very polite and efficient service and on time. Have been very satisfied for past four years or so when current service advisors were staffed. I've been a customer of Performance Mazda (Ottawa)for 20 years and have always had friendly courteous dealings with their service department personnel. I'd like to particularly single out Rosanne Kirby for years and have always had friendly courteous dealings with their service department personnel. I'd like to particularly single out Rosanne Kirby for her work as a service rep for the dealership. I have always been impressed by her knowledge, careful attention to detail, and highly personalized approach to her dealings with me. In addition to seeing that the maintenance schedule for my Protoge 5 is adhered to, Rosanne has gone out of her way on several occasions to find time for my servicing, explain when servicing requirements exceed initial projections, track down parts, and in general ensure my needs are met. It has been a pleasure to be served by her during frequent regular and not so regular visits over the past number of years. In my view, she is a credit to the organization and it is more than fortunate to have her in the service department. More

We purchased a new vehicle from Performance Mazda, we instantly liked the vehicle, we were greeted by Demetry quickly, he was able to answer all of our questions and offered a test drive, he was pleasant instantly liked the vehicle, we were greeted by Demetry quickly, he was able to answer all of our questions and offered a test drive, he was pleasant. On our first visit we discussed a price, the next day I called our sales rep and asked if he agreed to the price, " he said come on down we have a deal, after arriving at the dealership we found out that he and his manager had not agreed,we did not have a deal.After he talked to his manager he came back with an offer that we eventually agreed on, Rep back to the manager, Manager comes to us and tells us we dont have a deal and makes another offer, higher off course. We eventually agreed, I do not feel we did not get a good deal, its simply this game with the manager especially after agreeing to a price, that part did not make us feel so good. Once we agreed we went to Bruce, Bruce is very pleasant and made us feel very good. I know this game of its not me its my manager is played in many dealership, I personaly do not enjoy it at all. The whole experience was professional and enjoyable. Sully is quite knowledgeable, polite and down to earth to deal with. From the moment we walked in until we took delivery of the new vehicle, Sully was there. He took plenty of time to explain and review the offer and to try and get us the best deal for us. We came back the next night to sign the papers and discuss colour and options. Again all of this went extremely easy. Once all of the financing was done, Financing was also a great experience as the Finance person, Bruce, had a wonderful sense of humour and was straight forward with us. When we returned the following week to pick up the car all went smoothly and without a hitch. Once again Sully took the time to explain the options and to even transfer the plates from my old car. The was clean and even a full tank of gas and full windshield washer fluid. More

I originally made an appointment to have my 4 tires changed and oil changed. Both tasks were executed to my satisfaction. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, I notice a crack in my window and changed and oil changed. Both tasks were executed to my satisfaction. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, I notice a crack in my window and was very disappointed. I spoke with a sales representative (the service department was closed)immediately about the problem and then spoke with the service manager the following morning. After a brief discussion we came to a mutual understanding and my windshield was replaced. I was very satisfied with the service, professionalism and timelines of my experience. More
