I decided to look into a new Mazda 3 GT this year due to my 2007 Mazda 3 GT being 4 years old (best value after 4 years). Sully came highly recommended to me by three (3) of my friends and my sister as well my 2007 Mazda 3 GT being 4 years old (best value after 4 years). Sully was very honest and up front with me during the whole buying process and he is the kind of salesperson that I completely trust. Trust is the key factor when purchasing a big item like a car and it's a quality that you have or you don't. He was very easy to get ahold of and provided answers right away when the need came. He was also very easy to talk to and understood a buyer's perspective as much as a sellers one. I will definitely highly recommend Sully to my friends, co-workers, and family who are in the hunt for a new car. If Sully does ever leave Performance Mazda for another (Mazda) dealership I would be going to see him wherever he is due to the great service he gave to me. I could not be happier with the overall car I've purchased today. Performance Mazda has always been a clean, easy location to get to. And going for oil changes or maintenance packges has always been fast and effective. The drive-thru garage is a key factor for quick service. Thanks! More

I have been dealing with Performance Mazda since September 2004 when I purchased my Mazda3. I always have the service done at the dealership and Matt and Roseanne and both very helpful and informat September 2004 when I purchased my Mazda3. I am trading in my current Mazda3 for a new Mazda2 early next week and the way I have been treated by the service department definitely contributed to me giving Performance Mazda repeat business. Helpful, no pressure, remained in background until assistance was requested. First visit was in Dec 2010 told sales person that we would return in April. No phone calls were necessary. We visited 5 different car dealerships at least twice and returned to Mazda. Sales agent provided upon request a car comparison of 4 of the cars we were interested in. Mazda, Ford, Honda and KIA. I was in the market for a used car, and as this was the dealership I bought my previous one from with no complaints, I decided to see what they had to offer. Their website had a couple listings that were potentially what I was looking for, so I went in for more details. I dealt with Phil Evans, and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Instead of just providing me the information about the two cars I noticed, he did a more thorough search, to give me even better options, so that I could make the best decision possible. In fact, the car that I ended up buying is one I had not noticed originally. Any information I required was readily available, and provided promptly. After the sale, he maintained contact, to ensure that I was satisfied with the purchase, and that everything was ok. When a small issue came up, he went out of his way to ensure that it was corrected quickly, and at my convenience. Overall, an excellent experience, and one that I would recommend to any potential buyers. More

My purchasing experience was very pleasant and smooth. I never felt pressured to make a decision and enjoyed Mary's accessibility to work out minor issues. Performance Mazda is by far the best dealership I have experienced in the last 30 years. The post sales relationship continues ... I like that. By the way, I love my new Mazda 3. More

We have recently had our best car buying experience of the last twenty years, during which we have bought five vehicles. My experience with Performance Mazda has been wonderful. I was shopping for my first car and Juan was more than happy to help me. I had previously visited other dealerships and did not find the same warm he I was shopping for my first car and Juan was more than happy to help me. I had previously visited other dealerships and did not find the same warm help from the staff. I appreciated that even though I am young, I was still treated with respect. I also appreciated that Juan was not pushy, as I had previously experienced very pushy salesmen at other dealerships. Juan was very helpful and provided me with a reasonable deal on the Mazda 2. He kept me informed through text message as I told him it was the best way to reach me. I really appreciated that. I was a bit disappointed that he couldn't deliver the car to me himself, but his colleague Sully was absolutely wonderful in providing explanations for everything. Overall, I am so happy with my experience and I am so excited to be driving my new Mazda 2! More
