Even though I no longer live in the neighbourhood I still return to Performance Mazda. Everyone there is very pleasant to deal with and they make you feel welcome and comfortable. There is no high pressure tactics at time of sale or when servicing the car. For the record, this is the second time I have submitted this rating. This is my fourth acquisition of a Mazda, two by purchase and two leases. I have now experienced owning and/or leasing an RX7, 929, and two Mazda6's, all of which completely met my expectations. All vehicles were serviced only at Performance Motors, Ottawa, in a most satisfactory manner. As the lease on my previous vehicle, a 2007 Mazda6, was about to expire, I spoke with Kewvin Gramam, a Sales Associate with whom I had spoken casually in the past, and suggested I was in the market for a new car. Kevin looked after me in a quiet, professional manner, answered all of my questions, and provided outstanding assistance in selecting the right vehicle for me (the one I came in to buy in the first instance!). Kevin treats his customers like friends, not simply "prospects", a fact which led me to recommend him, personally, to several friends in the market for new vehicles. I would like to mention also the friendliness of the Performance Motors staff with whom I have dealt, especially Don Rushton, receptionist (who, incidentally, was the Sales Associate who arranged the lease of my previous Mazda), and Rosanne Kirby, the service advisor who looked after it. The vehicle has been flawless in performance, the only hiccup I found was the buttons on the key fob are too close together. Overall I am completey satisfied with the experience and professionalism at Performance Mazda. I dicovered on the day I picked up the vehicle Kevin had raised the bar by having the vehicle cleaned, fueled and ready to go, plus he took the time to expalin some last minute details of the vehicle. Mr Kevdin Graham replied to my request I was very pleased with him as a salesman and with the professional manner with which you handled my transaction - so pleased in fact that I have passed hid name onto several of my friends and colleagues, one of whom has already contacted him and will be visiting him shortly for the purchase of his next vehicle. In every way, my expectations were exceeded. The showroom was immaculate, and I was immediately greeted by the sales person I was looking for, the incomparable Mary Jackson. From start to finish, she helped guide me through the process of deciding which car I was going with, what financing, and my term. She fielded all my questions, of which there were a lot, with knowledge, charm, and patience, without ever once making me feel rushed. I would not only recommend this dealership writ large, but would especially recommend Mary in particular as a key asset to their organization. I consider myself extremely lucky to have had her as my guide through this sale. More
