I urgently called Mazda where a fellow named Michel Russo (Parts Manager, Orleans Ontario Location) answered my call and quickly came to my rescue well prepared within 20 minutes. He created a key for me along with bringing me a new umbrella. I tried to give him a monetary gift yet he refused and asked me to purchase something for my baby. I shall never forget this gentleman’s aid and thoughtfulness. Thank you Mazda for employing such a great man. He is truly an asset to your company. MJ Carola More

I’m on my 3rd Mazda Vehicle & 8th within my family. The main reason is because, the Sales and Service staff at Performance Mazda summarize what both should truly be. That’s why I’ve always remained loyal to the brand & always will be. I confess, we did look around; because budget was a major concern for me, but no one could touch the deal she gave us and I was thrilled. The dealership is neat and clean. Staff members were attentive as soon as I walked into the showroom. He was available whenever I phoned the dealership, even if it was 7:30 a.m. (twice) as he had advised reception to pass calls directly to his cellphone. I have always been satisfied with the service at Performance Mazda in Ottawa, Ontario. The receptionist and the person who confirms the appointment are always nice, polite and helpful. But on August 4, 2011, Mathieu Gervais who is a technician where we leave our car and to who we explain the reason of our visit, was able to assist me with problems regarding to the passenger's wiper noise and the foam between the dash and windshield without any extra cost. That's what I call excellent service. He understood the problem, gave me good advice and was able to offer his help without the assistance of another mechanic person and at no extra charge. My customer experience was very positive. The sales representative was friendy, curteous and knowledgable about the vehicles. The purchasing procedures were explained very well and the whole process was well done. The vehicle was available on time and claened and prepared for pick up. The features of the vehicle were demonstrated to myself and my wife so that we had some familiarity with the vehicle before driving of the lot. All the people in the dealership we have dealt with have been friendly and helpfull and exhibited pride in the vehicles they were selling or servicing. This has been further demonstated when I had the vehicle in for it's first service. My overall experience with the dealership so far has been very positive and I will continue having my vehicle serviced here. The price for the new 2011 Mazda 3 Sport I purchased was what I expected with no hidden surprices. The fact i had no trade in and it was a cash purchase made this very easy. More
