Book my vehicle in for 11am to replace valve cover gasket and oil change I told the dealer I would be waiting as I am from out of town was assured the vehicle would go in right away to be fixed at 2:25pm veh and oil change I told the dealer I would be waiting as I am from out of town was assured the vehicle would go in right away to be fixed at 2:25pm vehicle was finally brought in for repairs almost 3 1/2 hours later. This is unacceptable my time is valuable to but no one seems to care. My wife and I are looking at buying a Tucson but after this nonsense today I certainly will be looking somewhere else. If you make a promise to get the vehicle in at a certain time than keep it Not Happy More

The service department is a scam, I bought my car there less than a year ago. The front end started to make noise, I brought my car in for service, they say the brakes are built up and need to be cleaned. less than a year ago. The noise was very irritating so I agreed, almost $500 which is insane, didn’t fix the problem. Then I notice under recommendations it says needs 4 wheel alignment after I get my car back. $140 to get that done, would think that would be under warranty since I bought the car there not long ago. I’m 1000 km away from needed servicing so I’m trying to make an appointment to get the oil change and alignment done. 4 week wait. If I wait that long my warranty will be void. Not all of us can make appointments 1 month later. Worst than a doctors office. They don’t have a capo ability to meet the demand. Buy and service your car elsewhere. More
