A pretty serious issue came to light in September 2024 - confirmed in February 2025 - about whether or not the dealership actually conducted a wheel alignment. This came about even though I put this condition in the purchase agreement, plus they submitted an inspection report stating that all was good regarding the wheel alignment/undercarriage. Also, I emailed them a reminder about it AND texted the salesperson before heading over to get the vehicle. Anyway, without airing all of the details going back to December 2023, their General Manager, who has been in the position since February 2024 (Alan Shepherd), made good the concerns via backing the vehicles they sell, either new or used. Honesty? Yes, high ethical standards. Great team feel overall. My service agent was Bobby Heffer, a keen, caring and knowledgeable salesman who will go above and beyond to get the right deal for you, right on time. Recommended. We had an issue with a key member of staff being off sick which delayed our transaction, but the dealership smoothed it over and that's all that matters. Admittedly I was...probably a pain in their sides but they didn't let on. So many members of staff smiley, attentive and wanting to help. Pride in their word showed.
