Poor After Sales Experience After taking delivery of my car, the next day I reported to the dealer that there were dried spots inside my instrument cluster. They appeared to have After taking delivery of my car, the next day I reported to the dealer that there were dried spots inside my instrument cluster. They appeared to have been a detailers fault. Long story short, dealer wasn't willing to help. I was just told that it costs too much money to fix and sorry I will be bothered by it for the rest of the time I own my car. Unbelievable! This is my worst BMW dealer experience. All the other BMW dealers I have dealt with in the past were always ready to rectify issues especially those you discover in the first few days of ownership. Stay away from this dealer. More
Service complaints I have been dealing with this dealership for over 3 years now since moving from Toronto where I dealt with Mini Downtown. There is a big difference b I have been dealing with this dealership for over 3 years now since moving from Toronto where I dealt with Mini Downtown. There is a big difference between these two places. But I will simply stick to what happened this time. Every year I have my snore tires put on. Always balancing was included in the past. Driving home, I realized once in 4th gear the car was vibrating and that the tires hadn't been balanced. When I called I was told that I had to ask to have the tires balanced. Ok I say (and I live 45 minutes away) could I come in on Monday....I don't want to drive very far on these tires that are so unbalanced . He said no, we are fully booked up on Monday..and I need to drive to Toronto on Monday. I paid over 400.00 for services ... 199.99 for having my brake fluid changed . 167.99 of this was for labour for which only 2 years ago cost me 85.19 for the same thing. I have the proof of this. Also, if I hadn't asked about what was involved with the vehicle inspection which was recommended to me for another 200.00 I would have paid all thus money for something that I didn't need. This is because just 6 months ago I had all my brake pads and discs changed... Which he should have known if he had taken the time to look at my history. I am left with a problem now and cannot drive my car until I get my wheels balanced. This dealership does not do a good job with service and I no longer will trust that you can take car if my car and that you carry out honest dealings with your customers.
