What a great experience we had last week at Performance BMW going through the process of looking for a new BMW. We had bought our former BMW some eight years ago from them and our recollection from that ex BMW going through the process of looking for a new BMW. Joe a is a very charismatic, upbeat person who listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle and made it his mission to find us the perfect car. He is very attentive to details and makes your experience a positive one. He did find us the perfect car, a 2026 BMW X3 M Sport Edition! Joe has won numerous sales awards and we can understand why. "I brought my Mini Cooper in for a simple oil change, dropping it off at 9:20 a.m., and didn’t get it back until 3:20 p.m. I made multiple calls throughout the day, and every time I asked, they told me i dropping it off at 9:20 a.m., and didn’t get it back until 3:20 p.m. I made multiple calls throughout the day, and every time I asked, they told me it was still being worked on—even at 2 p.m. A task that should’ve taken an hour completely destroyed my day. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and inefficiency." I had multiple things planned for today, and this delay has caused a major inconvenience. What's especially frustrating is being told that just because I had an appointment at that time does not mean the vehicle would actually be worked on at that time. That defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment in the first place. I understand delays can happen, but better communication and more realistic scheduling expectations would have been appreciated. I would appreciate an update on when my vehicle will actually be ready. More
