honesty is the best policy brought my 2011 sonata for service, was quoted a price and left my vehicle, apparently some mechanical problems were found but i was not contacted wit brought my 2011 sonata for service, was quoted a price and left my vehicle, apparently some mechanical problems were found but i was not contacted with an updated estimate, work was carried out without my approval and upon picking up the vehicle my bill was approx. 6 times originally quoted. i feel that the service dept. is not being run to professional standards and would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy More

When I phoned in on a used Chevy Cobalt I saw on Craigslist, I honestly wasn't very serious about the purchase, but Mike was excellent on the phone and convinced me to come down. He was a very good Craigslist, I honestly wasn't very serious about the purchase, but Mike was excellent on the phone and convinced me to come down. He was a very good salesman and presented the information fairly. The GM Rob was also a very unique person, but unique in a good way. There was some confusion on price because the vehicle price wasn't marked correctly in the ad, but they were flexible and fixed the issue quickly. All in all though, it was one of the most positive experiences I have had while buying a car. More
