Rude and not professional. Your bad mood isn’t your customer issues. Sales manager showed his face after I mentioned I would write a bad review. Sad thing is that we just bought this vehicle from them this past Fall. They won’t be getting any more of our business and we will make sure our family and friends don’t go here for sales or service. Not impressed with how they treat people. Service guy told me I didn’t know how to drive that’s why my rotors failed ,(under17,000km ) and the brake pads cracked. Told me I was towing to heavy of a load with my Ridgeline down hills. It doesn’t haul any thing but me and the wife . Told me that’s hard to believe! Had to bring my Ridgeline back 3 time to get the undercoating done right, service department answer to the problem was ..you have warranty don’t worry about it… plus they promised to detail and fix my daughter moon roof on her car she bought from them.. they have blown her off! She made the appointment and they never fixed, and still have made no effort to address this issue. They are at best a 2/10 I love my Ridgeline but wish I bought our vehicle else were. There is some nice sales men there, that’s we’re the 2 / 10 comes in . They got grease all over my leather steering wheel and gave it back that way, promised to make it up to us… never did. Once they got my $ 100,000 plus from me for the two cars I bought, I was Nothen to them More
They sold me a lemon. Just a few weeks after purchase the engine failed on my preowned “inspected & refurbished” vehicle. I was without my vehicle for 2 months while it was being replaced. 3 weeks after getting it out of the shop the catalytic converter went. $2500. I contacted them & got stonewalled. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from them again. More

Lance’s post-purchase customer service was exemplary! My 2017 used Terrain had a compromised rear taillight (condensation) that wasn’t noticed until the day after I brought it home. Service department at penticton honda is famous for pulling problems out of thin air, why? Because every lie, pads their pockets in a "bonus structure" developed by none other, than penticton honda. All these negative reviews are because of one service guy especially, even though you may bring your car in for warranty work, I guarantee the service department will find something to charge you for. They are pressured into at least charging every customer a small fee which goes towards their year end bonus check. I know buyers of new Hondas that refuse to get their cars seviced here! Should say enough. The reviews say they are working on improving, but this has gone on since day one. Disgusting. More
