We just purchased a Honda CRV Sport Hybrid and got ripped off big time.They advertise this particular modal for $45,900 adding the safety and security fee $997, Finacial papers $999 adding the air cond. charge, Tire Tax, gas tax, eco fee, PPSA etc. would come to$47-48,000. The most important amount was the trade in value of our vehicle. They promised $27,500 and they only put $24,553 in the sales contract. Major blow to the bottom line. On the sales contract they did not start with $45,900 they started at $48,000 adding again all the charges described above. If that is not enough gauging the finance guy added Extended Warranty $3,238, 3M protective film $2000, Floor mats$599 without explaining or showing the charges that they have added. I confronted all, finance manager, used car manager, General sales manager to no avail. Cancelling the extended warranty, they never gave me a new sales contract showing that $3,238 payment was cancelled and taken off the total, so all the extra tax charges still on. I will never go back ever again because of the sinister minded management creating and adding to the bill secret charges, without telling us customers. Just in case you will use this no good dealership in the future please question everything the used car manager and the financial manager tells you and ask twice because they lied to us with a straight face with total disregard and they can do that to anyone. More
In July, I paid cash for my 2025 CR-V Touring Hybrid only to discover a lien had been placed on the car due to an error by Penticton Honda in submitting the wrong VIN number (mine) on a similar car to CIBC. to discover a lien had been placed on the car due to an error by Penticton Honda in submitting the wrong VIN number (mine) on a similar car to CIBC. Instead of the correct VIN for their vehicle, my the VIN number from my vehicle was sent to CIBC for a loan by a different buyer. I have no idea how long it will take to correct the mistake. Meanwhile I’m responsible if the buyer defaults on his payments. No apology for the error. They tried to blame the bank. Nobody took responsibility for the mistake. Also I bought a winter tire package then, expecting to have a choice of tire. They just went ahead and chose the wheel size and tires without consulting me. Very disappointing experience! More

My bad, I should have read through the fine print and not believe a sales person! I received 2 free oil changes, my last one was less than a month ago and a different mechanic just told me it doesn’t appear my oil was changed. More

I recently purchased a car from Penticton Honda and had a very frustrating experience. Since I live four hours away from the dealership, I had to negotiate the price over the phone. We agreed on a price whic very frustrating experience. Since I live four hours away from the dealership, I had to negotiate the price over the phone. We agreed on a price which included all the dealer’s fees. However, after driving four hours to the dealership, I was given a higher price than what we had agreed on. After questioning the discrepancy, the finance manager confirmed the correct price with the sales department. They acknowledged the mistake but said it was too late to fix it that day because the dealership was closing soon and any changes would have to go through the bank. I was told they would transfer me the difference the following week. This was the second vehicle I purchased from Penticton Honda, and I had a good experience the first time, so I trusted them. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. I never received the promised reimbursement. Instead, I was contacted and told they would not be paying me the difference after all. When I asked to speak with a manager, Jesse called me and dismissed my concerns. He told me I had gotten a good deal and should be happy with it, and that the staff should not have made any promises to me — effectively blaming the staff while refusing to honor their word. This dealership is dishonest and unethical. Even as a returning customer, they treated me with disregard and failed to take responsibility for their mistake. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them — make sure to get everything in writing and be prepared for promises that won’t be kept. More

Will not go back there. They charged me for work on something that did not exist on my car. Seven weeks later I haven't seen a penny. According to the British Columbia Better Business Bureau (BBB), Penticton Honda is NOT a BBB accredited business and also has an ‘F’ rating. More
