Twice I agreed on a price, twice they added “mystery charges” and held my vehicle hostage until I paid. The techs ignore customer input, invent bogus diagnostics to pad the bill, and even “lose” warranty parts so you can’t claim reimbursement. Their communication is garbage, their excuses are laughable, and their only goal is to squeeze every dollar out of you. This place doesn’t provide service — it provides theft disguised as service. To anyone in the Ottawa Valley: avoid this service department at all costs. Since moving to this area, I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences here. On two separate occasions, we agreed on a billing amount — yet when it came time to pay, “mysterious” extra charges appeared. Both times I had to personally fight with their staff to get reimbursed. The technicians don’t even respect customer input. They’ll go against your wishes because they “know better,” handing out empty, scripted responses just to claim they’ve “provided the requested servicing.” I’ve brought them issues diagnosed by another qualified tech, only to watch them deliberately chase a completely different problem — conveniently one that costs more money. And if you think your warranty protects you, think again. They’ve “mistakenly” thrown out warranty parts so you can’t claim reimbursement, then offered to take it off your bill at half the cost while still charging install/diagnosing fees that likely took the tech seconds to perform. This isn’t a Honda issue; it’s this dealership specifically. They operate like a money grab, holding your vehicle hostage until you pay whatever they decide to tack on. Communication is slow, unprofessional, and dismissive. The manager even had the audacity to claim charges were “legit” despite them not appearing anywhere on the invoice. I will never return here and strongly recommend anyone in the Ottawa Valley take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options — don’t waste your time or money on a department that thrives on hidden fees, bogus diagnostics, and shady warranty practices. More

Went in to see if a technician would have the time to check and see if the alternator on my daughters Civic was charging. They said sure. It took about 10 minutes and the technician brought it back aroun check and see if the alternator on my daughters Civic was charging. They said sure. It took about 10 minutes and the technician brought it back around to the front of the dealership with word that yes it is charging but told me that the battery was weak and I should consider replacing it. When asked about cost, he said there was no charge. To me, that was courteous , a service for the sake of service. Not sure another place would have been that ready to help. Thanks again More

Absolute garbage dealership. Scammed me at purchase to spend more money (said I had no plates when I did) and screwed me with my breaks. Went in over 5 times saying my breaks were squealing and grinding. They told me nothing was wrong, “replaced” my breaks each time and sent me on my way. Later I went to a different dealership where they told me my back calliper was seized and my front rim had issues as well. Called Honda to get them to pay for the fixes and they denied there was anything wrong, lied about my warranty and left it at that. Going to contact Honda Canada to deal with this.
