Friendly and knowledgeable staff I had an appointment today for an oil change. I asked them to check what I thought was a problem with the steering. Leah at the service desk was very I had an appointment today for an oil change. I asked them to check what I thought was a problem with the steering. Leah at the service desk was very helpful. She wrote up my service order, and made sure the technicians understood what I was trying to explain. I was offered coffee, hot chocolate, expresso by numerous staff. The steering problem was rectified and they also found a recall for my vehicle. It was a technical recall, requiring a reprogram of some sort. I would definitely recommend this dealership. My experience buying my 2013 Fiat was great, and my experience with the service dept since then has exponentially surpassed that.. Well worth the drive from Newmarket for regular service! And for 2 extraordinary repairs, Sean made many (many) long calls to Fiat Canada and successfully managed to negotiate full coverage for both (extremely costly) repairs at a point when my car was once just over , and then a little more substantially over, the extended warranty period :)Will definitely buy another Fiat, and would not ever consider buying or servicing it anywhere else! More

Leah went out of her way to make sure my bearing problems were taken care of, even on her time off. A customer doesn't mind paying for service required but I am always afraid of being taken advantage of. This dealership has been most honest and fair with all my service needs and I intend on dealing with them for all my vehicle needs in the future.
