This is the first new vehicle that we have purchased in 12 years because of the nasty tactics that most dealers try and pull. We are so glad that we drove down to this dealership. We had to order our 2013 Grand Caravan from the factory because of a special feature that we required (towing). Russ was great setting everything up and Sal was awesome when it was time to take delivery. Picking up the vehicle was a simple matter of a couple signatures and we were out of there in 15 minutes.
