A couple months ago I went looking for a new Ram with the V6. I found Peel Chrysler had the lowest advertised price,I talked with a salesman named Sal.Then I checked with my local dealerships for price compa V6. I found Peel Chrysler had the lowest advertised price,I talked with a salesman named Sal.Then I checked with my local dealerships for price comparison. When I mentioned Peel to the other local dealership salesman I got the same answer from everyone of them. Peel advertises below cost to get you in there then bulldogs you into buying way more then you need or want. Pretty much all of them told me to save yourself the headaches and money stay away from Peel,so I listened. I continued my local search to no avail, couldn't come close to Peels advertised price.The beginning of this week I decided to try again,this time expanding my "local" search area. Found a few more trucks this time but again nothing compared to Peels advertised price so I did the unthinkable and again contacted Sal at Peel with the same results lowest advertised price. I contacted 3 of my local dealerships again,told them of the deal I was offered at Peel just to be sure they couldn't or didn't want to match it,got nothing. I spoke with Sal 3 times after that we were able to get together on my trade in. Just to be safe I told him I was coming to get my new truck and didn't want to be attacked by the sharks. So its off to Mississauga we go with my keys, ownership and a MO in hand,arrived at the dealership still with my guard up, of course. Walked in was greeted by 2 salesman,I said I'm looking for Sal,he held his hand out and introduced himself and said you must be Doug. Went out to look at the truck came back in sat at his desk,usual small talk, singed some papers, gave him my ownership and keys. He handed me my new Ram keys and to my surprise that was it. Except for the wife wanted some info on the Fiat Pops,she'll be buying there for sure. Great price,worked with me on my trade, no pushy sales tactics. All and all the best new or used car buying experience I've ever had. PS No I'm not related to Sal or anybody else at PEEL but if you've ever heard the phrase we treat you like family,this is the place. Tell him Doug sent you. More

Rip-offs! Rip-offs! Rip-offs!!!! Read the contracts people, then walk away from their SCAM deals!!! They even try to convince you to write a positive review! HA! I cannot believe how they tried to pull people, then walk away from their SCAM deals!!! They even try to convince you to write a positive review! HA! I cannot believe how they tried to pull a fast one over on us! Honesty, I wonder how many people they've switched contracts out on. We negotiated for no admin fee's, fought for the price advertised, because in Ontario the ad price needs to include fright and PDI, but these "I'm your new best friend" d@ckheads tried to add it on the contract, along with some other crap, over $3000 extra's!!! We refused, and the sales man, whom I won't mention because he knows who he is, and I want everyone to know they are probably all the same - he said "come'on, that's the best deal, you're killing me here, your getting a new car, tell you what I'll give you this much more off". We didn't bother giving them a chance to fix it, because we were so disgusted in their unethical practices, and thinking what other ploys will they pull. All I can say is this - If you've been taken or duped by these bunch of con-men, then contact OMVIC and put in your complaint! Thankfully we went to Woodbine and blatantly told them we didn't want any bull, well we got a deal with a clear contract with no sneak-in fee's and guess what NO ADMIN FEE! P.S. This isn't my first rodeo, I've purchased 4 brand new cars in the past, but you guys were the utmost untrustworthy! More

I was searching the internet for best price on a ram and I came across Peel Chrysler. Josh West was my sales guy. He was the most pleasant and thorough, sales guy I have ever had.
