I seen an ad on kijiji about a 2014 ram 1500 SLT and when I called to see if it was in stock they guaranteed me it was there (I'm from London Ontario and the dealership is two hours away. I called several mo I called to see if it was in stock they guaranteed me it was there (I'm from London Ontario and the dealership is two hours away. I called several more times to guarantee it was the right color and I informed them I was coming from 2 hours away and it is crucial the this specific truck is there so when they said it was And for an unbelievable deal I quickly gave them my credit card number to put a deposit. So I leave from London and half way through my trip I get a phone call saying they are sorry the vehicle I wanted is not available. I was extremely disappointed and they told me if I'm willing to wait 90 days they will get me the truck I wanted but if i go there now they will give me an unbelievable deal on a "big horn" which is 48000MSRB and it is on their lot for their lot for 35000 and willing to give it to me for 33000 due to all of my troubles...( Bull s***) little did they know I had my I pad and was able to see all the trucks they had on the lot and the so called big horn they were going to give to me for 33000 was advertised for 31500... So when I called them out they seemed very confused and said that was not the same one. Even though it was the exact same description to the bone... They then transferred me to the GM he tells me the same story and when I tell him that I'm spectacle now and that they have my c/c number. He says just come down and speak to me I will take good care of you and give you an unheard of deal. So when i get there he says hi as if nothing happened and tells me to look at a truck he has pulled up for me. After seeing it, he tells me a higher price then low balls me, when I can see the truck on line the exact same truck no difference, except someone had forgotten to put that there was a back up camera so he claimed it was a different truck that was not on the site, and when I asked about that truck on the site he said it was not there ... Umm I was not born yesterday my friend. And on top of that he was giving me the worst customer service I have ever encountered, saying " what happened wasn't bad" ... After I drove 2 hours on my day off And the fear that someone has all of my credit card information.. But it wasn't that bad because that's how customers should be treated. I don't know who does the hiring but it's a bunch of monkey business going on in that joint. Scamming and trying to get everyone to go there so they can squeeze every dollar they can out of them. I can go on for hours about how bad, and all the lies I have encountered straight to my face and when I pull it up he said it's not the one... Extremely unsatisfied customer. More

I had been dealing with another Jeep dealership in Mississauga for nearly 3 months to try to buy a Jeep. After lots of going back and forth, we did not come to an agreement on price. I was practically Mississauga for nearly 3 months to try to buy a Jeep. After lots of going back and forth, we did not come to an agreement on price. I was practically ready to give up until I contacted Peel Chrysler and got Domenic on the phone. I explained to him my experience with the other dealer and if he could get me the car I want with the right price, I’d be ready to buy that day. He took down everything I wanted in the new Cherokee 2014, asked the price I want and sent me all the forms to fill out. I then dealt with Sofiane in finance and within a couple of days, I was approved and the order for my brand new Cherokee was put in without me even having step foot in the dealership. I’d say the worst part about this whole experience was the wait for the car to be delivered. Although, the dealership has no control over that and I think Sofiane and Domenic kept my expectations realistic and they always provided updates whenever I requested. Picking up my vehicle was simple. A little knots with Sofiane, but he straightened them out within 5 minutes and was such an awesome guy to deal with. Domenic went through the features of the car with me and even sent me pictures throughout the day of my vehicle while I was work to get me really excited for picking it up that evening! I’d definitely recommend this dealership – even moreso Domenic and Sofiane. No doubt would love to do business with these guys again! More

I am interested in a new 2014 Dodge Ram and had been doing a lot of research on delaerships and prices. I was in contact with Russ here and it was a great expereinnce with quick answers to all my ques doing a lot of research on delaerships and prices. My wife, Betty Baker and I purchased a new Fiat car on December 31 2013 and took delivery of it on March 21, 2014.After purchasing it in December I was very disappointed to find that I had been charged a December 31 2013 and took delivery of it on March 21, 2014.After purchasing it in December I was very disappointed to find that I had been charged a $699 administration fee. I talked to another dealer in January and found that t could have purchased the identical car in our vicinity for less money (the difference was close to the $699 administration fee that I was charged) I did not go back to Rocco about this as we had a signed deal which was final but I still had a bad taste about it. When we went to pick up the car we had an appointment for 2pm on March 21. We were short of time as my wife's sister has been in the ICU for the past 5 weeks and we visit her every day and as well my neighbours husband had died and we needed to go the funeral home on that night. . I went to Rocco at 2:35 and said we had to be out of here by 3pm but he would not offer anyone else to do the delivery. We waited until 2:45 to start to get delivery of the car. He rushed through the delivery and we left by 3:05 (not an experience to remember) More
