Great Experience Paul and Bruno took an interest in what I wanted and took the time to make sure I got it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Put a down payment on a truck that was supposed to get a few minor scratches dealt with before pickup. Went to get the truck and told it wasn't ready Put a down payment on a truck that was supposed to get a few minor scratches dealt with before pickup. Went to get the truck and told it wasn't ready yet - went back a week later and the circus just continued. Was told the truck was show room ready...far from! So many NEW scratches from after I put the down payment on the truck, interior was soo dirty! Complained to seller and he said they would take it back to the lot and get the scratches 'buffed out'. 20 minutes later the truck comes back with the scratches filled in with BLACK MARKER that wiped away with my hand!!!! What a joke! The dealership wanted me to buy the truck that day and come back next week to get the scratches fixed however if the scratches didn't get fixed to my liking there is no way to get my money back. The salesman even agreed these scratches weren't here the last I saw the truck. During all of this the salesman I was dealing with went and picked up another client at Oakville train station and when he got back he proceeded to tell me that I had to wait while he helped these customers. Terrible customer service!! Next, tried to charge me $8000 more...thank god I got my calculator out! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Because of this I cancelled my purchase (who wouldn't at this point!?!?) so glad I did NOT come home with this truck. Will never be back or recommend to ANYONE! More
