He discerned what we wanted in a vehicle, then fully and clearly explained the options available to us - yet in a succinct manner. There was never any pressure for this sale. He 'heard' us, and had an innate sense of what we needed. We totally trusted JP, which has not been the case in other salesman with vehicle purchases we've made over the years.
