They sell Toyota new cars at MSRP, Great~ They don't charge you extra thousands dollars under the name of "admin fee/dealer fee, etc", Great~ They tried to upsell some items to me and I accepted some of charge you extra thousands dollars under the name of "admin fee/dealer fee, etc", Great~ They tried to upsell some items to me and I accepted some of the items based on practical functionalities, other items are negotiable. I appreciate their understanding and consideration, and willingness to compromise. One suggestion. - keep customers informed during the waiting period. No news is also a news to customers who have very little and limited information on the production and delivery process. Lastly, this is my first ever car purchase and I would like to thank Sammi for explaining a lot things to me patiently. One call to Peace Country Toyota dealer and they got me in, fixed issue and charged book rate even though job was more difficult. Even called me into shop to show defective bearing and seal. Service and parts staff went out of their way to get me back on rd to camp as fast as possible. I was shocked to see 5 new sales completed in the afternoon while I waited.
