He gave me lots of information regarding the new Rav 4's. He was very warm and welcoming to the dealership... I felt very comfortable.. He then showed me a vehicle that had just come in with low mileage and many options....He took me out on a test drive which impressed me... I decided to purchase the vehicle. He had a few little scrapes fixed and the vehicle checked over. I was referred to the finance office and again was welcomed very warmly and got the business completed efficiently. Since then May 2012 I have had my Rav 4 serviced and have found the service staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
