I thank you for passing this along however, was told this last Friday when your dealership asked about my experience. It should be noted that I called Old Mill, Roy Foss and two other dealerships and was told that my warranty covers the diagnostic you charged me for. I wish to add when I spoke to your dealership I was there is no charge if there is a problem. Finally, your staff to blame me that it was I that got the VVT solenoid dirty lacks any merit as well as this was told to me why I was charged.
