Upon being greeted by the receptionist, did you request to speak to a salesperson? Please feel free to provide us with more information so we can get to the bottom of this.

Ok so a female sales person called me and after a few minutes I could no longer hear her, I looked at my phone and it was still counting down the minutes. This indicates to me that the disconnect came from the dealer end. I IMMEDIATELY called back the number that called me with no answer. I waited 30 seconds as I was thinking I had just spoken to someone. I then called back and spoke with the receptionist who informed me that “everyone had gone home”. So I don’t except your explanation that it was 5:00 Pm and everyone had gone home. First off she called me at 3:30 not close to 5:00 secondly, is it your company’s practice not to phone a client back after they’ve been disconnected? No I didn’t ask to speak to a sales person when I went in because despite there being several people moving about not one sales person even acknowledged me. This doesn’t make a buyer feel welcome. I also walked around the lot for 20 minutes without so much as a hello. My review is completely justified and I’ve since read several other reviews that mirror my experience. I DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED FURTHER, I have already taken my business elsewhere.
