I brought my Ranger in for a soft Brake pedal. I was told "Everything is in Spec" and there is nothing they can do. Not satisfied with what I consider unsafe brakes, I did a little research on-lin I was told "Everything is in Spec" and there is nothing they can do. Not satisfied with what I consider unsafe brakes, I did a little research on-line and apparently this is a huge problem with this vehicle. I found a video on how to fix this issue. I sent it to the Service Department at Paul Price Ford and asked them if they could carry out this fix for me. they said sure bring it in next week. Well I brought it in again, and again they told me the same thing, "It's all in Spec". My question was "Did you actually do what was asked you to do?" No they didn't. they did they dame thing as the first time which was SFA. Complete waste of 3 hours. If you want work done that you ask to be done, DO NOT TAKE IT TO PAUL PRICE FORD. More

Charged me and didn't do the work Last Monday they charged me for an oil change. When recommended by Hunter Ford in Madoc (who are AMAZING), that we use a heavier oil (for undetermi Last Monday they charged me for an oil change. Went in for something that should have been covered under warrantee according to another dealership. Would not make any effort to put under warrantee, because I don't get regular service done there and only warrantee according to another dealership. Basically I feel like they are holding a grudge against me because i didn't buy the truck from them (didn't have what I wanted for the price I wanted) and do not get regular maintenance done from them (due to distance). I would not recommend them. Maybe they are fine if you deal with them on a regular basis but customers beware. I've learned the hard way that not all Ford Dealerships are the same. Hope I can try and stay a proud Ford owner after my dissatisfied experience at Price Ford. More
