He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and really does his best to help you find the right vehicle for you. When he said, I'm not here to SELL you a car, I'm here to HELP YOU BUY ONE, I knew I would be well taken care of. Thank you Jeff and the entire Pathway team! More

They made sure we were comfortable and there were ZERO sale gimmicks or speeches. We went through price options and they ensured that we were within our budget and didn't pressure us in any way to buy. I would highly recommend Pathway! Amazing staff. Amazing experience! We are now owners of a 2018 Tucson! More

Excellent customer service We first bought a Sonata from Pathway Hyundai in 2009. The car has been a great family vehicle and is still running without any issues to date. Now We first bought a Sonata from Pathway Hyundai in 2009. The car has been a great family vehicle and is still running without any issues to date. Now that we were looking for a new second vehicle for my husband to travel to work, we decided to look at the 2018 Elantra. We walked in without an appointment today and were greeted by Bill Stanfield who asked if he could be of assistance. He was very polite and courteous. Bill introduced us to Marisa Titus, one of the sales personnel, so she could arrange a test drive for us. Although a new employee, Marisa was very knowledgeable about the car, and able to explain and demonstrate all the safety and electronic features of the vehicle. She was very easy to deal with and thorough. Marisa then arranged to get a quote for us on the Elantra we were interested in, and Bill came over to go through the details with us. We highly recommend Pathway Hyundai from our experiences with them and are grateful for their excellent staff. More

I chose yes to recommend as stated in previous sentence, as experience is different for everyone as all our needs and wants are different. Would I purchase another vechice from Pathway Huyndai, that answer would be no, would I use their vehicle maintenance and repair services, that is a definite yes. November 9, 2016: I own a 2016 Santa Fe Sport which I purchased at Pathway Hyundai in Orléans. I’ve had multiple problems with their service dept. November 9, 2016: The four wheel covers I had purchased for my winter tires were not properly installed. I lost two. One was subsequently replaced and a was promised a second one in the spring because they were out of stock. They refused to provide one in the spring. Also, the promotional item I was given for the oil and filer change (a lamp) never functioned properly. November 9, 2017: Someone from Pathway (with a British accent) phoned me in October to book a service appointment. When I showed up for my appointment at 8AM on November 9th, I was told that I was not “in the system” but that they would take me in anyway for the oil, filters and tire changes. I walked home. I phoned the service dept at around 2 PM and was told that my car would be ready at 4 PM at which time I walked back to Pathway. I waited in a freezing garage (because of renovations) for two hours before my car was ready. I was back home at 6:30 PM. The promotional item I was given for the oil and filer change (a speaker) never functioned properly. August 27, 2018: Car brought in to Pathway following a mishap on a dirt road. A rock flew up and damaged parts of the Emission Control System. I wrongly believed that my 7 year Hyundai Protection Plan would cover this. It did not. I was given an initial quote of 2 200 $ to replace a charcoal canister and an evaporation purge flow line. I found the quote exorbitant, talked to the service manager and the quote was reduced to 1 546.56 $. I agreed on the price and I was told by the service attendant that my car would be ready Wednesday, August 29. August 29, 2018: I phone the service attendant. He says the parts had not been ordered yet. I therefore informed him that I would go through my insurance to cover the cost of the repairs. He could order the parts but work on the car could not begin until the adjustor approved the work. Approval was given on Thursday September 6th. September 6, 2018: Talked to service attendant who promised car would be ready in two days. September 8, 2018: Talked to service attendant who promised car would be ready by Friday. September 10, 2018: The service attendant I was dealing with had called in sick so I dealt with another attendant. He told me that the attendant was absent because of “mental health issues” and that the parts would be ordered and the car repaired as soon as possible. September 12, 2018: My car is ready. I walk to the service dept and to my great surprise, am greeted by the attendant with the mental health issues! He hands me a bill for 2 278.80 $ on which he has written “Customer pays $500 deductable”. My insurance agent had unmistakeably told me that they would cover all costs and that I would NOT have to pay a deductible. I refused to pay, signed an invoice to that effect, demanded my keys and drove away. I will never go back. It seems as though Pathway does not value good clientele service. I find it absurd that these mistakes keep repeating themselves and that there does not seem to be improvement in their service at all. My only wish is that Pathway changes it’s way of doing business in order to improve their client service and avoid these situations. More

Only comment was the waiting for her manager to give quotes was a bit long. So my 4 star customer service rating was based on that. Still long for the day where you are given the best price right @ the outset. She was very willing to search for any answers if she was was asked about something she was unsure about. That showed willingness to learn & grow. More
