An amazing experience! It was coming time for the much dreaded (or so I thought) car shopping process. I've heard amazing things about Parkway Honda and decided to pay them a visit. Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted and introduced to Niko. He was very knowledgeable of the Honda lineup, patient and paid attention to my needs/wants. He found me the right car, at the right price point. Niko made the car purchasing process simple and straight forward. He was so great I recommended him to my daughter who loves her new Civic! There were no hidden fees, everything promised was delivered in a timely manner and the price was great! He was kind enough to introduce me to the Service Adviser Miguel (who is great and I highly recommend, by the way!) who has been taking care of both me and my daughters servicing needs since then. He has kept things simple, he doesn't try to sell us unnecessary maintenance and is extremely knowledgeable. He is efficient and polite. Overall, I would highly recommend Parkway Honda's Sales and Staff department to all of my friends and family. I love my CR-V! 10/10 Parkway Honda! More
