Via calls, texts, and in person visits I was able to have the reassurance I needed to make the purchase. Tatjana has excellent product knowledge, is not pushy, never showed frustration nor tried to fluff me away. In doing so, she has also essentially sold future new cars to my mother who was also "along for the ride" and may be replacing her CRV in 2020/2021. Tatjana, you're a gem and Parkway Honda is lucky to have you. Note: the system isn't allowing me to give Tatjana 5 stars. She deserves 5 stars, the dealership doesn't because the service side is ridiculous and has provided terrible service in the past. Mike Siomos, Sales Manager is a gentleman and quintessential salesman. He recognized that I was uncertain and had a lot of questions and he asked Tatjana to step in at a pivotal moment when I was ready to give up and by a used junker. Smart move Mike. My new car is awesome. It was the right choice. Note: Mike also deserves 5 stars but the rating system isn't allowing me to provide individual ratings. I don't give the dealership 5 stars. More

After a few month I decided to buy, I called him and scheduled time. He helped me to get good price from manager and the deal was done in an hour. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
