The service department at this dealership is more interested in finding non-existing problem with your car, harassing you with phone call while you wa The service department at this dealership is more interested in finding non-existing problem with your car, harassing you with phone call while you wait for them to do the work you took the car in for, hoping to dupe you to accept unnecessary work so they can charge you more. It appears to be the dealership policy. Case 1. After replacing the car battery (about 4 months ago), my radio was locked out, and I needed a code to input in order to unlock it. I called this dealer service department, but they kept on giving me wrong codes. At their advice I took my car in. After 3 hours of waiting they told me that they needed to remove the front panel for $300, but they couldn't guaranty that will solve the problem. Next day I called a different dealer who gave me the code straightaway - no charge! Case 2 Yesterday I took the car to them for airbag recall. While waiting for the job to be done I got two phone call; first for a cracked control arm bushings, and they wanted $460 to fix it (which I decline) second to replace two burned brake lights bulbs, which I, incidentally just have them checked a day prior, and they work fine. what a scam! Today I had the control arm bushing checked and I was assured they are okay. What a scam! More

An amazing experience! It was coming time for the much dreaded (or so I thought) car shopping process. I've heard amazing things about Parkway Honda and decided to pay them a visit. Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted and introduced to Niko. He was very knowledgeable of the Honda lineup, patient and paid attention to my needs/wants. He found me the right car, at the right price point. Niko made the car purchasing process simple and straight forward. He was so great I recommended him to my daughter who loves her new Civic! There were no hidden fees, everything promised was delivered in a timely manner and the price was great! He was kind enough to introduce me to the Service Adviser Miguel (who is great and I highly recommend, by the way!) who has been taking care of both me and my daughters servicing needs since then. He has kept things simple, he doesn't try to sell us unnecessary maintenance and is extremely knowledgeable. He is efficient and polite. Overall, I would highly recommend Parkway Honda's Sales and Staff department to all of my friends and family. I love my CR-V! 10/10 Parkway Honda! More
