From the moment I walked into Parkway Honda and met sales rep Prashant Nair to the time we received delivery of our new 2019 Honda HRV, the experience From the moment I walked into Parkway Honda and met sales rep Prashant Nair to the time we received delivery of our new 2019 Honda HRV, the experience was hassle free and painless, with NO hard sales pressure. Prashant's "CAN DO" attitude contributed to my decision to buy not only the new HRV, but to also purchase and used 2010 Honda Civic at the same time. The delivery of the HRV, the day before a major snow storm was seamless. Prashant arranged for the Service department to swap the snow tires from the 2016 HRV to the new HRV. And the Service department even had our the snow mats reinstalled into the new HRV. Both cars are running well, and we will continue to use Parkway Honda for our regular service and maintenance. She went out of her way to contact me after working hours to respond to some questions I had after we decided to lease which I really appreciated. John inspected our trade in and we had a friendly chat about the value of the car. He was very transparent about what he felt was the right price to pay for it. Kajan in the finance department was friendly, professional and thorough. We opted for some extras and then decided after some consideration to opt out of them and all it took was one email to him and he removed them from our agreement. No push back at all!
