The Worst Sales Experience of My Life I came in today to pick up my car. The sales contract was signed, the car was licensed, all we had to do was bring in our check and pick up the keys. Unfortunately, Nicko refused to respect the sales contract and would not give us the car. After sending an incredibly rude text to us earlier in the day, Nicko then made us wait more than 30 minutes for a supremely rude sales manager, while we were surrounded by employees who would not wear masks or respect social distancing spacing. It was a really upsetting experience on what should have been a straightforward transaction. They claimed that if we did not re-sign an identical sales contract (we laid them out side by side. IDENTICAL), they would have no evidence of us picking up the car...which makes no sense, since we paid for the car and then took the car we paid for. It was absolutely bizarre. I would give Nicko and the dealership zero stars if possible. The sales manager should be fired for how he treats customers. More

I spoke with sales rep Yogi, who in all fairness was a very nice guy, tried to answer everything to the best of his knowledge and is the only reason this dealership didn't get a 1 star rating. As part of my purchase, I would be trading in my car as I needed more space for the family. The trade value that they gave me was laughable, I was on the fence about purchasing from them, but because of that value I walked away. I literally visited 7 Honda dealerships across the GTA and they all valued my trade 2-3 times higher than parkway did. I went back to basically give them another chance when i knew exactly what i should get for my trade and which odyssey trim i wanted, but unfortunately Yogi wasn't there and there was no rep available to speak with. In the end I purchased my Odyssey from a different Honda dealer and i'm very happy. More

I called yesterday and spoke with a lady about my keyless remote not working. She had told me to come by the next day and someone can take a look at it for me. When I did go there I was told that I would h remote not working. She had told me to come by the next day and someone can take a look at it for me. When I did go there I was told that I would have to make an appointment. I was like...I work 12 hr shifts and I don’t know when I would be able to come back in and the lady I spoke to said just drive in and someone can take a look at it. When one of the other workers heard that I worked 12 hr shifts he asked if I was a nurse. I said yes..I work in the Emergency Department. He said don’t worry let me see if I can fix the problem today. He said thank you to me for all I was doing. I said thank you for what you are doing and for helping me out because I honestly don’t know when I would have been able to come back. They did their thing and my remote was working again!! I always appreciate the service at Parkway Honda. This is just another example of how amazing the staff is there. Thank you to all of you and to the guy I didn’t get his name, but I was there on April 22 at around 3pm! More
