We bought a 2024 Honda CR-V Touring Hybrid. Comming from an Audit my wife was not to sure if she would like Honda. I on the other hand wanted a vehicle that was going to check many boxes on our Comming from an Audit my wife was not to sure if she would like Honda. I on the other hand wanted a vehicle that was going to check many boxes on our must haves, be good on fuel and reliable. Honda has a great reputation for reliability and this was a big draw for us/me. After owning the car for a week now we love it! It has many comparables to the luxury brand and to be honest the build quality of the CR-V is fantastic. I can see us loving this vehicle for a long time. Yen Nghiem what our sales Rep and she was great. In past vehicle purchases there was often a sence of pressure to purchase a vehicle even though the vehicle or the numbers were not exactly what se wanted or were comfortable with. Not in this case, Yen made sure to show us everything with respect of the vehicle and the sales agreement to acheive transparency! Both parties acheved a deal that suited their needs. Yen has since followed up with us to ensure that everything was to our liking and has even agreed to address a minor concern of ours by sharing her availability to do so. Over all Yen is a great asset to Parkway Honda and we would not hesitate to do business with her agian in the future. More
