She made us feel comfortable and without any added pressure to buy a car. She worked very hard on our behalf to make the purchase as smooth as possible, was very knowledgeable about our CR-V, and patiently addressed all of the questions that we had regarding our car. Yen also was very prompt and responsive when we needed to get in contact with her. Even through the negotiation process, she made sure that we were happy and satisfied with the purchase. Kajan, the finance manager, was also wonderful and provided excellent service! Also as newcomers to Canada, Yen made us feel very welcome. Our overall experience in working with Yen relieved quite a bit of stress on our end as we had just moved internationally and during the pandemic, while unexpectedly having to buy a car.
