The two of them worked together like a well oiled machine to ensure all contracts and paperwork were filled out online (which was not only especially convenient, but really put our minds at ease with COVID and all) When it came time to pick up our car, Yen was bright eyed and bushy tailed, and ensured that our car was delivered with all of the bells and whistles we requested. She took us through a thorough instruction of how to use our new CRV, and really left us feeling like we were in the best of hands as we drove away. I've been going to this dealership for years now for a reason - they are the BEST in the city, and the BEST in the biz. A++++!!! More
