I called in to Parkway Honda for an oil change, while I was waiting I walked around the dealership. I wanted to investigate the buy out of my lease, and things progressed from there. We just bought a new 2011 Honda CR-V EX-L from Edmund Gao at Parkway Honda for my 76 year old mother-in-law. They treated my mother-in-law with respect, took her for a test drive, patiently went over all the CR-V details, and took her for a tour of their nice dealership. While most buyers worry more about the actual vehicle, my mother-in-law was most concerned about the quality of the people and dealership, both which left her with a very positive impression, so she'll be a regular service customer too.
