I am writing this review because I was impressed with quality of service provided by people when I had visited Parkway Honda dealership. I had my old car, still drivable and I was thinking to replace it quality of service provided by people when I had visited Parkway Honda dealership. I stopped at dealership at my lunch time just to look at cars available for sale without intention to buy it at that moment. I was introduced to Stephen Chong. He quickly realized what kind of car I am interesting in and gave me opportunity to drive it. He professionally answered all my questions and without any pressure convinced me to buy the car. My understanding, in this kind of business, the dealer has to get as much money as possible for the car. Stephen has very good negotiation skills. We discussed the price in very soft and friendly manner. I did not feel any pressure during negotiation and we closed the deal same day. He also saved me a lot of time by taking care about all pre-sale maintenance, paper work and car loan. I should also mention very friendly environment at dealership. It has very comfortable waiting area where I spent some time when few people (I am sorry, did not ask their names) helped Stephen with preparing all necessary documentation for the car. I will definitely recommend my friends to visit Parkway Honda dealership and deal with Stephen Chong. I wish Stephen all the best and success in the business and personal life. Our experience began with a trip to auto-trader earlier that morning. Upon finding a vehicle that looked interesting we gave Parkway a call and Bryn answered several questions. After a quick test drive we were ready to work out the details as we had already done our research at other dealerships and online. After we had come to an agreement we worked with the sales office and found that experience to be very pleasurable as well. While we didn't elect to take any of the additional services offered it was clear what their value was and the approach was not aggressive or unfriendly -- not like the horror stories I've heard from other people around extremely high-pressured sales situations for the anti-rust stuff... Anyhow, all in all our experience there was friendly, genuine, and got me the car that I am currently enjoying very much. Thanks! More

I went to the dealer to buy a new car. I knew what I wanted and the process was smooth and quick. Kyle Trumble, our sales representative, allowed us to test drive 2 cars and gave us fantastic points of comparison between the vehicles so that we could make our choice. Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with us. That same day, we purchased a Civic, and are very happy with our choice. In 2009 we purchased a Honda Accord from Parkway Honda and it was an excellent vehicle. We were still very pleased with it when we got an invitation in the mail from Parkway offering to let us upgrade ou and it was an excellent vehicle. We were still very pleased with it when we got an invitation in the mail from Parkway offering to let us upgrade our vehicle to something newer while lowering our monthly payments. Were it not for this offer we would not have considered changing vehicles. The 2009 Accord was still excellent. But after looking at several options including different models and newer years, we decided on a brand, new 2012 Accord. The monthly payments would have been reduced slightly even had we continued with financing. But by switching to a lease, we saved almost $150/month. We've been in our new 2012 Accord for a few days now and it's marvelous! It feels comfortable and familiar but still has that new feel to it. And while it is comfortable and familiar it does have a few extras in the upgrade like bluetooth connectivity for our wireless phones and a USB connection for an iPod or other device. All of this was facilitated wonderfully by Sasha, the sales rep who handled our upgrade. He knows his vehicles and has the same comfortable and familiar feel that our new car has. It feels like we've known Sasha forever and we look forward to seeing him in the future as we look again to upgrade, or even just to say hello as we stop for while-you-wait service. Which, by the way, is also top notch. The facilities available while you wait are very complete including an very reasonably priced and tasty breakfast/lunch counter, WiFi access for your laptop and computers to use if you didn't bring your own. Or simply comfortable seats to wait and read or watch your children in the play area. All of this would be enough but if you go for service on the right days they even provide extras like a free massage from a professional with a portable massage seat/table. Altogether I can't think of any way I'd improve the service at Parkway Honda. From the invitation to learn more about your vehicle once you make a purchase to their shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up while your vehicle is in for service, to their lunch counter, friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere, I wouldn't change a thing. But I would like to say thank you to them for putting it all together so nicely. Thanks Parkway Honda. And thanks Sasha and everyone else there who makes our experience so enjoyable. We had a very positive experience at Parkway Honda. Our existing vehicle's lease was coming up so we had to start to figure out what our next vehicle would be. We didn't felt like it was a 'buy buy buy..buy now' scenario. Our sales consultant Sasha was very good about providing us with all the information especially when it came down to cost. And unlike other sales guys, he didn't keep on hounding us every other day following up for our decision. Over several months, during which time I had dropped in a few times to chat with him(in anticipation of my latest car purchase), his professionalism,technical knowledge about the cars, friendliness and pleasant easy-going personality made me feel comfortable to drop in whenever I wanted to get more information. He did not use any pressure tactics, did not try to dissuade me from shopping around, and only asked me politely to give him a fair chance to compete for my business. As a result I felt I could trust him to go as far as he reasonably could to bat for me. He showed me that he really wanted to earn my business, and he certainly did. He also earned my respect.
