Friendly people! ! I went in without any appointment. The girls at the desks politely asked me to have a seat until one of the sales advisor was free to see me. We ! We waited for a bit and then Puneet Batra came along and took us to his desk. I went in to get quotes for new cars but the wait time is way too long. Puneet suggested that I should also have a look at the preowned cars and they had good cars in inventory at that time. They had just the right car that I wanted a hybrid. Puneet was quick enough to prepare the necessary paper work. I entered the dealership at 5pm but by 9pm all the paperwork was done. Application was complete, prepared and approved. Not sure if it is a long time or a decent time for whole procedure but I had nothing else to do that day. I would certainly recommend this place to buy your new and used Honda. All the staff are professional, However, I can certainly recommend Puneet because he's the one who gave me sincere guidance on the best possible options. More

Yen (and I guess her boss) made anything possible to help us with our car exchange, even if Honda Canada was not very helpful and was delaying the delivery almost from week to week. It is really annoying that I am writing this review. I went to Parkway Honda on 17th June as my sunroof for Honda Civic Ex 2021 model was not working properly. I was told that I have to keep my car at t I went to Parkway Honda on 17th June as my sunroof for Honda Civic Ex 2021 model was not working properly. I was told that I have to keep my car at the service center for the whole day. I went back by public transport as I had my work on Friday. In the evening I called them as it was getting closer to the closing time and I had not received any feedback from them, I was told that the motor is faulty and they have to order a new motor. I booked another appointment for Friday, June 24th, but I requested a replacement vehicle as I had to go to the office and the technician works only on the weekdays. I called 4 times between this time to confirm if the replacement vehicle would be available because I did not want to go there and was told that they cannot provide me with the replacement vehicle. Each time I was told that they will call me back and confirm the availability but this did not happen. Therefore, I shifted my appointment to Tuesday, June 27th hoping that it is a weekday and getting a replacement vehicle would be easier. I had some things come up at the office so I canceled my appointment on Monday, June 26th and asked them to book any weekday between July 4th to July 8th whenever they can confirm that I would get a replacement vehicle. I was once again told that they would call me back and let me know the time. Once again after calling 6-7 times, speaking to a new service representative each time she says " She will talk to Melisa who is dealing with my case and will give you a call". To date, I have not received a single input or a single call from the service department regarding the service appointment. This is so frustrating as I am taking out time from my busy day to call them and they can not even confirm the availability of a rental car. The communication is so much worse within the departments that the simple problem of fixing the motor of the sunroof has taken over 20 days and still has not been fixed. That is a very poor and unorganized way of working and is so frustrating. It feels like I am talking to a robot who just listens and has particular answer sets that keep on repeating each time without any response. I am sorry if I am sounding rude, but believe me what your service department is doing by not calling me back and giving me an answer after I have called 5-6 times (check the record), is ruder than I am. Also, I do not want to point out names here, because I understand everyone is busy, but at least take some time out for someone who has called you a couple of times. More
